THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS
This shopper marketing manager will lead, develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand equity and volume to strengthen PepsiCo's partnership with a strategic retailer.
 Responsibilities include: development, execution and communication of customer-specific marketing programs; alignment and communication among PepsiCo's various business units (i.e. Pepsi-Cola, Frito Lay and Gatorade); management of an outside agency and partners; budget management; and post program analysis.
 
This unique marketing opportunity offers true program ownership, the chance to create and develop new marketing ideas that will generate tangible results, and an exciting, challenging and fast-paced environment filled with talented marketing and sales professionals.
 It includes leveraging various PepsiCo assets as the NFL, MLB, movie properties and more.
 This role is part of the Pepsi-Cola North America's marketing organization and as such is on the career track with other exciting marketing roles within the company such as brand management, innovation, sports marketing, and urban/ethnic marketing. Additional marketing opportunities with Pepsi's food service division and Pepsi's joint venture businesses (Lipton and Starbucks) are also accessible from this role.


Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in brand management with a consumer packaged goods organization.
 Previous experience should include development and implementation of shopper/consumer programs, budget management, and management of multiple priorities and constituents including various business units, agencies, partners and internal support staff.
 Strong creative, analytic, and communication skills are required.
 Previous experience in sales, shopper or customer marketing or promotions is welcome.
Undergraduate degree required.
 MBA is a plus.
Must be willing to travel 20-30% of the time.
